Havering is now in Tier 4 - What does this mean for The Mercury?

Following advice from UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Saturday 19 December, Havering is now in Tier 4 meaning that "all non-essential shops are to close" until further notice.

 

Due to this The Mercury Shopping Centre has seen many of its stores close for the time being to help protect their staff and customers, and to reduce the spread of the 'Covid-19' virus.

 

However, to ensure members of the public can still purchase essential items, takeaway food and order and pick up items through click & collect as per government guidence, a number of stores are open and many can offer a click & collect service.

 

Please check individual stores opening times before visiting the centre to avoid disapointment.
