HELP DESK

If you require any advice please visit our Help Desk, located on Level 2 by bb’s Coffee and Muffins.

 

Our Staff are on hand to guide you, provide you with information on upcoming events and retailer promotions, or help you with anything you need during your visit.

 

In addition to providing general assistance, they can also help you sign up to our FREE Smart Rewards App.

DISABLED ACCESS

There are 10+ designated parking bays within the car park and Blue Badge holders do not need to be booked in advance. 

Access to the centre from the car park is at levels 2 and 3 and the route from the car park to the entrance is accessible to a wheelchair user unaided.

Main doors open automatically and are push pad operated.

The lifts have a visual floor indicator controls are within reach for a wheelchair user and have Braille markings.

LOST PROPERTY

If you have lost property in the centre, please advise a member of security staff, the Helpdesk or management who will be happy to help you.  Any items found or received in the centre are registered and logged before being secured safely.   We hold items for a maximum of 3 months before giving to charity.  

 

We do our best to track the owners where details are present.

AMAZON LOCKER

Amazon Lockers can be found on Level 2 next to Wilkinsons by the lift.

WI-FI ZONE

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the centre, via our superfast dedicated broadband line.

 

ATM

For your convenience, FREE withdrawals are available from three cash machines situated within the centre. There are two machines located on level 2 in the mall opposite the Asda entrance and a one on level 2 to the right of the Wilko entrance.
