Lumiere is one of the few cinemas in the UK that will be respecting the past as much as the present. Lumiere is a unique community co-operative that will be under continual rebirth until 2028, with new screens, new decor, new environments and places for community groups to gather.  

Screens 1-4 Will offer the latest releases 

The Indie Screen - Will specialise in independent films each and every day. 5 Different movies each day, you wont find on release in any other cinema. 

The Silver Screen - With films from 2024 backwards, enjoy seasons of film, mystery movie days, Touchstone Tuesdays and a retro Saturday Morning Pictures experience. 

The Discovery Screen - Here you can watch a mix of foreign language movies, concerts, those little films that never get to Romford and some of the best documentaries ever made.
